What we collect from you, and why.

We collect only what an order actually needs. Below is each thing, and where it is kept.
What we collect
You give us personal details only when you place an order. Browsing the shop asks nothing of you.
At checkout we collect:
- your name
- your phone number
- your email address
- your delivery address — district, street, building, entrance, door and postcode
- an optional note, such as a nearby landmark
We use these to make your order, deliver it, and reach you about it. Nothing else.
What we do not collect
- We never see your card details. Payment happens through QPay, inside your own banking app.
- We run no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel and no third-party measurement on this site.
- We have no accounts. There is no password here, so there is no password to lose.
What stays in your browser
These live on your device only and are never sent to us:
- Your bag — what you have added. Kept so it survives closing the tab.
- Your checkout draft — so going back to edit something does not wipe what you typed. Cleared when the tab closes.
- Your order confirmation — used to show the confirmation screen. Cleared when the tab closes.
- Your language choice — Mongolian or English, in a cookie that lasts a year.
Third parties
This site relies on three services to work:
- Dealy (DealyBond) — the shop's product and order system. Your order is stored there.
- QPay — the payment service. Its bank list appears on the payment screen.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the check that you are not a bot when placing an order. It does not see your name, address or contact details.
Everything else, fonts included, is served from our own domain.
Finding your order
After you order, you get a private link. That link is the key to your order, so we suggest you do not share it.
If you lose it, the order lookup page will find your order from its number plus the phone number on it. Both must match before anything is shown.
Removing your details
If you want your order details removed, or want to know what we hold, get in touch and we will deal with it.
