By ordering from this shop you accept the terms below. We have tried to keep them short and readable.

How an order is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed once we have confirmed your payment and accepted the order.

When you place an order, the items you chose are held in stock for you. If something has sold out, we tell you before you pay.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Mongolian tögrög (₮). The full amount you will pay — goods plus any delivery charge — is shown on screen before you pay.

Payment is made through QPay, inside your own banking app. We never see or store your card details.

An unpaid order is not fulfilled. If the payment screen expires, the order has to be placed again.

The products

Our products are made from artwork VVLEN draws itself.

Colours on screen can differ slightly from the physical item depending on your display. Sizes and materials are listed on each product page.

Copying, reprinting, reselling or passing our work off as your own is not permitted without our written permission. If you would like to collaborate or license something, get in touch.

Cancellations and returns

Liability

We do our best to describe our products accurately and to get them to you on time. We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as courier delays or events nobody can prevent.

If something goes wrong, contact us. Most things are solved by talking about them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia.
