How an order is made up, how it reaches you, and when something can come back.

Making your order
Everything is produced in batches. Most orders are packed straight from stock, but if a design is between batches there can be a wait.
When you place an order the items are held for you. If we cannot make it up for any reason, we will contact you.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged per order. A flat 8,000₮ delivery fee is added to every order, and it is shown in the total at checkout before you pay.

Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, get in touch.
In those cases we will replace the item or refund it. A photo taken when you open the parcel makes it much quicker to sort out.
If you change your mind
We have not published a change-of-mind return policy yet, so we handle these case by case — a message on Instagram is the quickest way to ask.
